At Geben Gifts, we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner, tailored to the needs of each customer and the nature of the selected product options. Our production and shipping schedule is structured to accommodate varying themes, deadlines, and service levels, including adjustments for holiday-themed products. Below is an overview of our shipping policy:
Pop By Gifts Production & Shipping Schedule
Our monthly production and shipping cycle begins on the 15th of each month and is divided into four weeks:
1. Week 1:
• Inventory and supplies are prepared, and adjustments are made based on customer selections.
2. Week 2:
• All DIY Kit subscription orders are produced and shipped first, allowing ample time for assembly and distribution to clients.
3. Week 3:
• All Pre-assembled orders are produced, along with any new DIY Kit or Pre-assembled orders received. These orders ship after DIY Kits, as they require less time for assembly and delivery.
4. Week 4:
• All Mailed Direct-to-Client orders are completed and shipped. These orders ship last, as they require the shortest turnaround time from production to delivery.
Shipping for Gift Shells, Tags, and Supplies
We understand the importance of having these essential items on hand. Gift shells, tags, and supplies typically ship within 2-3 business days from the date of order. This ensures that you can quickly receive the materials needed for your gifting projects.
Shipping for In-Stock Small Gifts
For customers purchasing in-stock small gifts, these items also ship within 2-3 business days of placing the order. This expedited timeline allows you to plan for upcoming events or occasions without delay.
Modified Shipping Schedule for Holiday-Themed Products
For months featuring holiday-themed options, we adjust the schedule to ensure timely delivery for holiday-related products. Orders are prioritized based on holiday deadlines:
• Example:
• In May, Cinco de Mayo and Mother’s Day orders are prioritized for production and shipment in time for their respective holidays.
• Non-holiday options (e.g., Sending Sunshine Pop Bys) are shipped later in the cycle.
Holiday-themed products are produced and shipped earlier in the cycle to meet distribution deadlines, while non-holiday options follow standard scheduling or are adjusted to avoid conflicts.
Special Considerations for Holiday Launches
• June Pop Bys:
• To accommodate the early July 4th holiday, all related options are offered in June. Orders are shipped strategically to ensure proper delivery timing while preventing premature arrivals. Non-holiday orders ship faster during this month.
• November and December:
• Thanksgiving and Christmas-themed options operate on a modified schedule, ensuring orders arrive well in advance of these holidays.
Order Placement on Production Schedule
Order placement on the production schedule depends on:
• The theme option selected.
• The service level (DIY Kit, Pre-assembled, or Mailed Direct).
• Destination of the order.
For high-volume months, orders may also be grouped by geographic region (e.g., West Coast orders ship earlier in the week, East Coast/local orders ship later) to ensure equitable delivery times across regions.

We are committed to accommodating special deadlines for events or specific delivery dates. If you have a unique timing requirement, please contact us as early as possible, and we will prioritize your order to meet your needs.
Additional Information
• Billing date may not directly determine shipping priority. Orders are strategically scheduled based on the selected options and associated deadlines.
• For regular, non-modified schedule months, orders generally ship in late Week 2 or early Week 3, ensuring delivery by the end of the billing month or the beginning of the month of the themed product.
