Service Level Guide

We offer 3 levels of service: DIY Kits, Pre-Assembled Pop Bys, and a Full Service option where we assemble and individually mail each Pop By gift to your list of recipients. Learn more below.

For those who enjoy crafting or have someone in mind to assist with assembly, we offer DIY Kits containing everything you need to create the Pop By of your choice in your desired quantity. Each kit includes a detailed video guide with step-by-step instructions for easy reference. While these kits provide a fun and creative experience, please keep in mind that assembly requires a significant time investment. On average, assembling 10 Pop By gifts may take approximately one hour, depending on your skill level.

With this option, we handle the assembly of your Pop Bys in-house and ship the entire ordered quantity directly to your provided address. The only step required on your part is attaching your business card using the included glue dots, should you choose to do so. Once completed, your Pop Bys are ready for delivery to your clients.

“With this option, we handle everything for you. We assemble the Pop By gifts, attach your provided business or message card (optional), and carefully wrap, box, and ship each gift to your specified recipients—whether it’s just one or 300.

We request a spreadsheet containing the names and addresses of the individuals who will receive your Pop Bys, along with a digital image file of your business card. We will professionally print your card, assemble each Pop By, attach your card, and individually seal, box, and ship them to the addresses provided.

Please provide a list with enough names and addresses to match your entire ordered quantity of Pop Bys. If there are any extras, we can ship them directly to you at an address you specify.

We recommend using Google Sheets for seamless sharing and to ensure we always have access to your most up-to-date list. If you’re unfamiliar with Google Sheets, we can provide step-by-step instructions or accept your Excel or Numbers file and convert it for you.”
