At Geben Gifts, we take pride in our handmade and customized items, which are crafted uniquely for you. Please review our policy below to understand which items are eligible for returns or refunds.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
• Gift Shells
• Gift Tags
• Full-Size Pop Bys
• Pop By Minis
• Any other customized or made-to-order products
These items are created specifically for you, and as such, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. If you have questions about any of these products before purchasing, please contact us at info@gebengifts.com.
Standard Returns
For all eligible non-customized products, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: Return shipping and packaging are at the customer’s expense. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@gebengifts.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
For eligible items, the quickest way to get what you need is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
